Somerset Conference Rooms and Facilities

A professional environment for conferences and business meetings in Taunton, Somerset. We have vast experience arranging functions from small meetings to large corporate events. We have six individual rooms and groups of 2-100 are welcome. All conference rooms benefit from having natural daylight.

Chaucer Room

[conference_rooms image 1] The Cahucer Conference Room can seat up to 18 in a boardroom setting. The dramatic wood paneled room is fully equipped with air conditioning and natural day light.

Avon Room

[conference_rooms image 2]The Avon Room is primarily used for conferences and can accommodate 20 people boardroom style or 50 people theatre style.This room also is fully equipped with air conditioning and natural daylight.

Somerset Room

The Somerset Conference Room is situated on the first floor. This conference room can be used for both; conference set boardroom style for up to 30 delegates or private diners for 40 people. The Somerset room has the added advantage of having a fully stocked bar. This room is also fully equipped with air conditioning and natural daylight.

Sedgemoor Suite

The Sedgemoor Conference Suite is is the Somerset and Avon rooms together and can be used for exhibitions, large conferences and private parties. Numbers up to 100 and is fully equipped with air conditioning and natural daylight.

Polden Room

[conference_rooms image 4]Our smallest conference room but is ideal for interviews or small boardroom meetings for numbers up to eight.

Mendip Room

[conference_rooms image 6]This conference room is situated on the first floor at the front of the Hotel and overlooks the Church grounds opposite the Hotel. We can accommodate a conference boardroom style for numbers up to 10.
