The Walnut Tree Hotel is licensed for civil ceremonies which can be held in two individual registry rooms. The intimacy of the wooden panelled Chaucer Room, full of character, or the Avon Room with its modern style and complimentary decor. We can cater for numbers up to 100 in our Sedgemoor Suite or smaller parties can be catered for in five alternative private function rooms.
We pride ourselves in the level of care and attention provided by our dedicated team to ensure your "Special Day" will be a day to remember. The team will be only too pleased to assist you with any aspect of your wedding day, from a seating plan, wedding cake, the cars, photographer and flowers.
For the wedding breakfast you have a choice of The Sedgemoor Suite or our popular Lemon Tree Restaurant or Chaucer Rooms are available for the smaller family wedding. We offer a wide choice of function menus and drinks packages, and as we have a dedicated wedding team we are able to integrate these packages to ensure they meet your exact requirements. We can cater for your own personalized menu we will price it and offer you suggestions if any of the ingredients are not available.
Accommodation in the Bridal Suite or an alternative suite of your choice awaits the happy newly weds to end your perfect day.
The Hotel also extends the hospitality to family and friends from afar wishing to join the happy couple on their personal celebration.
