Meeting and Conference Rooms

A professional environment for conferences and business meetings here in Somerset. We have vast experience arranging functions from small meetings to large corporate events. We have six individual rooms and groups of 2-120 are welcome.

The Meeting Rooms

Cedar Lodge

The self-contained meeting room which is situated opposite the building of the Hotel and has an advantage of a small lobby and cloakroom. Conference of numbers up to 12 boardroom style.

Polden Room

Our smallest conference room but is ideal for interviews or small boardroom meetings for numbers up to six.

Mendip Room

This conference room is situated on the first floor at the front of the Hotel and overlooks the Church grounds opposite the Hotel. We can accommodate a conference boardroom style for numbers up to 10.
