Prices are per person and include VAT @ 20%

All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, FREE wi- fi access, radio alarm clock, trouser press, flat screen freeview television, and full en suite facilities, and an area with table and chairs to work or dine. We also offer a free shoe shine service to all our guests.

Full English cooked breakfast and our breakfast buffet will be an additional £10.00 per person, £8.00 per child under 12 years of age, if booked on a room only basis.

Splash out on the ultimate luxury

Our master suite has all the added room you desire, bathrobes, mini fridge, bottled water and even an iron and board are all included for your convenience. in addition to a table and chairs there is a comfy sofa to curl up on and watch the large flat screen tv and DVD/CD player.  The immaculate en suite facilities are individual to each room with comfortable king size beds, spotlessly clean with an profusion of fluffy towels, and always an abundance of hot water from our eco friendly boilers. Go on treat yourself!

That little bit extra

Our junior suite rooms, everything you have in the master suite on a slightly smaller scale. Still individual en suite, a plethora of towels and hot water, mini fridge, bottled water, iron and board, comfy settee and flat screen tv.  You’re worth it

Our executive rooms are a cut above; the comment most heard from our guests is what a lovely room, plenty of space, iron and ironing board, table and chairs should you need to finish off that bit of work, or just want to eat in your room.

Sticking to a budget?

Just because you feel the need to economise doesn’t mean you have to skimp, our standard rooms have everything you would expect from a 3* hotel, our rooms are all spacious, all with either double or twin beds, and every one of them is individual. Should you find the one you like best you can always ask for it on your return visits.
